The website www.edupro.gr by Dimitris Bellos is a company for the organization of educational events, distance courses in the first year and e-shop of online educational programs, books and ZIP files (supporting the books), through which the individual consumer can buy the educational program of his choice by using credit, debit , prepaid card or paypal (hereinafter referred to as "online store" or "website" or "website"). The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the e-shop under the trademark "EduPro", located at edupro.gr. Any user who enters and trades or makes use of the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to as "visitor" or "user" or "customer" depending on whether he is restricted to a visit only to the store or also purchases a training program or educational event ticket ) is deemed to consent and accepts unconditionally the following terms here, without exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, he / she must undertake to abstain from the visit, use of the site as well as from any transaction or use of the online store. However, any action taken by the user in the online store, including, but not limited to, his / her browsing, subscription to the Company newsletter, or any purchase, is considered as unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
In the event that the consumer - after purchase - of the training program, books or ZIP files fails to use the service, due to a technical or other problem due solely to our company, a refund is provided within five (5) working days, starting from the next of the online program market and five (5) business days, starting from the day after the educational event (physically present or online in the first year). At the end of the aforementioned period, no part of the company is refunded.
If there is a question of withdrawal or cancellation by a customer, if it has been proven that it has not made use of the service (has not logged in) or the withdrawal date is 5 days before the educational event (physically present or online in the first year ) provides for a refund within five (5) business days, commencing on the next market. At the end of the aforementioned period, no part of the company is refunded.

Welcome to EduPro.gr (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). The website provides the visibility and availability of the company's services under the name Dimitris Bellos. Your visit and use of the services of the Website is subject to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy applied by the Site. 2. Your account

You agree not to take any action, assist or encourage others to transmit, upload, post, send email, or otherwise make available on the Site user content that:
• is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, inaccurate, interfering with the privacy of a natural person, or otherwise harmful material to the interests of third parties.

The availability of the product-web-seminar-educational event, books and ZIP files and its restriction or total exclusion is at the exclusive discretion of the providing Company

6. Prices

6.1 The company generally retains the right and the user accepts, freely modifies its pricing policy, modifies the prices listed on the website and changes and / or withdraws offers at any time with or without prior notice to users of the Site; who will be informed of the price that is applicable each time since its posting. Although we try to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices displayed on this Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we are unable to contact you, we will assume that the order has been canceled. If your order is canceled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, but you have already paid for the products, you will receive a refund of the total amount of money without interest.

6.2 All prices are in euro and don't include VAT. Any additional charges that may arise appear clearly and are included in the "Total Cost", as for example refrigerated products, which are specifically labeled, and their dispatch is charged at the cost of the extra special packaging.

The process of clearing your payment is through the electronic payment platform of the respective credit institutions that are responsible for ensuring that your transactions are securely secured in our online store.

8. Payment security

EduPro.gr is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your computer equipment by viruses, spyware, or other similar issues during your connection to our site. Please make sure you have an anti-virus program and that your other computer protection programs are up to date.

9. Return Policy

9.1 Right of Exit
At EduPro.gr, pursuant to the provisions of Art. And the provisions of Directive 2011/83 / EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a material basis if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and confirmation that he is losing his right of withdrawal. The right can not therefore be fulfilled if any part of the service provided has already been provided and an act of access to the content of the seminar has been made in any way or by any means.
The right of withdrawal applies to educational events (physical presence or online in the first year) if the withdrawal is declared in time, at least 2 days before the day of the event.

9.2 Refund
Refunds are only made in the event of proven inability to use the service or the attendant seminar at fault of the Company, and failure to correct the problem within two (5) working days. Returns of money are strictly within five (5) business days, starting from the next day of finding the failure to correct the problem. At the end of the aforementioned period, no part of the company is refunded. In the case of a refund, the cost of the refund is borne by the consumer. If the refund is made to another bank account, the bank charges are charged to the client.
Reimbursement for educational events (physical presence or online in the first year) occurs within two (5) days of the statement of withdrawal.

10. Limitation of Liability

The company can not be held responsible for any discrepancies in the image and quality of the video you see on your personal computer screen as well as on any other screen of any other device (mobile, laptop, tablet), given the different technologies used for construction of each screen.

11. Site Content

11.1 Trademarks, Industrial Property, Patents and Industrial Products or Intellectual Property
All information and content available on the Site is the product of EduPro's Industrial and Intellectual Property and the respective licenses issued by the Teachers and Rapporteurs of these products of Intellectual Property.
